Senior Account Executive
Senior Account Executive Managing and supporting the overall execution of client facing and (re)insurance placement using your creativity to evaluate risk profile, design (re)insurance programs, place and implement marketing strategy for the largest Energy account in Asia. What the day will look like + Engaging and contributing to the team success. + Knowing the client and building a relationship with the clients. + Understanding the clients’ businesses. + Being alert to political or other developments which may affect the Aon relationship. + Detecting the changing needs of clients to assist in forward planning and product development. + Effective planning / coordination / communication of the account service team. + A high standard of day to day service; prompt attention to client requests; provision of all client documentation, well presented, within acceptable periods. + Applying Aon Group Quality System procedures as applicable and as documented. Minimize exposure to E&O claims. + Assisting Finance & Accounting with credit control where premium payments are long overdue or as otherwise specifically requested. + Co-ordinating and following up with insurers and reinsurers, where required. + Co-ordinating with the overseas network, where required. Skills and experience that will lead to success + At least 3 years experience in the Insurance Industry + Proficient in both written and spoken English + Good Team Player + Good Interpersonal & Communication skills + Customer Service and Problem-Solving skills + Ability to work under pressure + Ability to adapt and learn quickly + IT knowledge (Microsoft Office) + Native Thai Speaking How we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
