Job Description Summary
Responsible for the overall sales strategies and results of a major geographic area, region, or country with a focus on the Insurance sector/industry, selling to Corporate legal and insurance claims departments trusting our innovative technology and end to end customer experience to drive world-class business outcomes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
100% responsible for pursuit of new business within the Insurance vertical territory
Solid experience in enterprise software or integrated software or platform sales (AI/Machine Learning SaaS sales)
Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning.
Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the product.
Negotiate product/service terms based on discretion in line with department policies and guidelines.
Collaborate effectively internally and externally to lead and drive opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
8+ years’ experience in Enterprise Sales, managing large, complex sales processes.
Deep understanding of business, financials, products/services, and the market for Insurance
Recognized as an expert within industry and have a proven, referenceable track record of success.
Proven success utilizing The Challenger Sales methodology to manage opportunities and win business.
Ability to build high level personal relationships with customers, prospects, and distribution partners.
Driven to succeed with a high comfort level and adaptability to change.
Can do attitude and a strong, positive outlook that motivates and energizes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Travel Expectations:
Travel - up to 50%
