Take a proactive approach to account management, ensuring high-quality customer service at all timesDevelop and maintain effective long-term relationships with key client decision-makersLead, plan, and implement clear and effective renewal and broking strategies, ensuring renewal processes and results meet client expectationsCreate quality underwriting submissions and negotiate effectively with insurers and other stakeholdersEngage with and manage all internal stakeholders to deliver comprehensive services to your client baseWhat you need to have:
Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification3+ years of experience in an insurance broking roleSound knowledge of broking principles and insurance products and services, particularly in general insuranceA demonstrated focus on providing outstanding customer serviceExcellent delivery of technical, administrative, and consulting support to internal and external clientsWhat makes you stand out:
Strong working relationships with insurers and underwriting partnersExceptional communication, influencing, problem-solving, and negotiation skillsStrong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of client organizations, including the C-suite, as well as internal Marsh stakeholdersPlease apply using the link below.
