Senior Account Manager, US Remote

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager who has a passion for marketing and experience retaining and developing Commercial-Mid Market, Enterprise, and Strategic Accounts. Under the direction of the Account Management Supervisor, you will drive the continued retention and growth of our partnerships being passed on from either the Account Implementation team or the Senior Account Executive team. 

What You Will Do: 

Operate as the primary point of contact for any and all matters specific to your assigned partners.  Proactively research client’s company to stay up to date on any rebranding, organization changes, overall print needs, seasonality, etc. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to partner needs and objectives Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders Forecast and track account metrics, reviewing sales reports to determine account management strategy within your portfolio of accounts Effectively handle escalations and difficult conversations independently, leveraging Customer Care team and management if/when necessary to resolve issues Document sales opportunities with partners in Salesforce to leverage conversations in future calls Leverage cross functional teams to assist with growth opportunities|
 

Your Qualifications:

5 or more years of consultative selling and professional presentation skills  Proven ability to identify critical decision-makers  Proven success selling solutions to C level executives Strong communication skills and IT fluency Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple complex projects  Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
 

Nice to Have: 

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field. Media or marketing agency sales experience
