JOB OVERVIEW
To develop, manage and maintain the successful roll-out and execution of client campaigns and ensure the relationship with Machine and client is key.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Build and sustain strong and long-lasting relationships with clientsWork on TTL campaignsSchedule and attend meetingsEnsure constant, consistent and effective flow of communication between Agency, Client and external stakeholdersManage and control the scope and planning of campaigns across the teamManage risk and have contingency plans in placeManage and oversee budgets / revenue on all campaigns to ensure profitability Manage status documents, job bags, campaign costs and invoicesManage effective and accurate delivery of final elements to internal and external suppliers, and ensure meticulous activationDeliver jobs on-time, on-budget and continuously exceeding client expectationsKeep abreast of industry and digital marketing trendsQualificationsQualification / Experience / Skills:
Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing / AdvertisingProficient in MS Office (i.e. Word / Excel / PowerPoint)At least 4 years experience working in an Advertising Agency as an Account Manager.TTL & Digital experience is essentialA good command of the English language (both verbal and written)Excellent administration and organizational skillsStrong time management skillsStrong multi-tasking skillsStrong leadership and presentation skillsSocial media savvyAdditional InformationPersonality Attributes:
