**About the Role** **:**
**As a** **Senior Account Representative** **you will be a key player in our growth story** **. You'll engage directly with potential clients, conduct outbound sales calls to educate them on the value of our innovative insurance solutions. Your role is crucial in identifying and qualifying leads, building relationships, and ultimately converting them into loyal customers.**
**What You'll Do** **:**
+ **Client Management:** Own and manage a diverse pipeline of small business clients, from dentists to restaurateurs.
+ **Sales Expertise:** Conduct high-volume sales calls to consult, educate, and sell our insurance programs.
+ **Product Mastery:** Become an expert in Workers' Compensation, handle customer objections with confidence, and shake off rejection with ease.
+ **Goal Achievement:** Consistently exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

**Who YOU Are** **:**
+ You have at least 2 years of successful sales experience, ideally in B2B or door-to-door sales.
+ You possess a strong work ethic, competitive spirit, hunter mentality, and a relentless drive to succeed.
+ You’re an excellent communicator with strong verbal and written communication skills.
+ You're eager to learn and adapt to new information and technologies quickly.
+ You can handle rejection gracefully and maintain a positive attitude even in the face of challenges.
