Job Title: Senior Accountant, Accounts Receivables

Location: Bangkok, Thailand

Type: 6 months fixed-term contract, full time basis

About the role:

Are you a seasoned accountant with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for numbers? We’re looking for a Senior Accountant to join our Accounts Receivable team on a 6-month fixed-term contract in Bangkok, Thailand. Reporting to the Director – Finance, you’ll play a key role in optimising financial processes, managing receivables, and ensuring smooth cash flow.

Responsibilities include:

Check and reconcile revenue transactions.Monitor the day-to-day Accounts Receivable operations and processes to ensure accounting accuracy and effective debt follow up.Responsible monthly closing of AR.Reconcile GL account codes related to Accounts Receivable, Output VAT, Withholding Tax from client.Coordinate with collection team and preparation of aging reports for management.Issuing intercompany and oversea invoices.Prepare monthly Output VAT report and Withholding Tax Report submission to Revenue Department.

To be successful in the role, you should have:

5-7 years of experience in Accounts Receivable accounting, with a strong understanding of AR processes and best practices.Proven experience handling all aspects of AR transactions and collections, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.Solid knowledge of billing processes, VAT reporting, tax invoices, withholding tax, and debt collection.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level) for data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation.Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems (preferred).Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
