What Will You Do?
Senior Accountant, Integrations is a key role within the accounting and finance organization, reporting to the Assistant Controller. You will be engaged in corporate level accounting duties and responsibilities supporting the company's mergers and acquisitions effort.
Responsibilities Participate in due diligence for mergers and acquisitions (M&A) targets, focusing on the evaluation of accounting positions.Work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integration plans.Ensure alignment of accounting processes and standards with core business group.Assist in the preparation of financial reporting packages and presentation of newly acquired businesses.Assist in the implementation of ASC 805, Business Combinations, for each acquired business, including managing relationships with third party valuation teams.Preparation of wide variety of finance and accounting analysis, reports, and month end reconciliations. QualificationsMinimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.4+ years of accounting experience.Demonstrated ability to manage projects.Proficient with Microsoft Office Products, with intermediate skills in Excel.Well organized and detail-oriented with excellent analytical and communication skills.Preferred Qualifications
Experience with mergers and acquisitions and/or integrations.Public accounting background, with financial statement audit experience.Experience in the construction industry.Viewpoint Vista ERP experience.This position will be expected to travel up to or exceeding 25% of time for acquisitions. Our headquarters are based in Westminster, Colorado where we work a hybrid schedule (three days in the office, two remote).
This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule. Employees will be expected to work in the office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
The expected annual base pay range for this position in the Denver, CO area is $83,000.00 - $101,000.00. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential bonus or benefits.
