They also value compliance, budgeting, and interdepartmental coordination. Key Responsibilities: + Monitor various aspects of financial operations and reporting including account payables and receivables, revenue, and expenses. + Participate in month-end close activities and prepare monthly financial reporting packages. + Review and monitor cash flow forecasts for multiple bank accounts and projects as needed. + Coordinate and prepare documentation for the annual tax returns on certain properties. + Work closely with the Property Management team in the preparation of annual budgeting. Requirements Qualifications: + College Degree or equivalent in general business, accounting, real estate, or finance. + 5 years working in a professional business environment specifically real estate. + Exceptional organizational and written and verbal communication skills. + Proficient with property management accounting software systems and MS Word, Outlook, Excel. + Ability to read complex lease documents and strong analytical skills.
