We are seeking a skilled Senior Accountant with 3.5+ years of experience in a large company or public accounting environment. The ideal candidate has strong GAAP knowledge, understands transaction flows through systems and the General Ledger (G/L), and preferably holds a CPA or MBA.

Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with GAAP.General Ledger Management: Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring accurate transaction flows.Month-End Close: Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation.Process Improvement: Identify and implement accounting process enhancements.Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to support financial objectives.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.Experience: Minimum of 3.5 years in accounting, preferably in a large company or public accounting firm.Skills:Strong GAAP knowledgeUnderstanding of transaction flows and G/LProficiency in accounting software and ERP systemsCertifications: CPA or MBA preferred but not required.Preferred QualificationsExperience with financial consolidations and intercompany transactions.Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
