Overview EagleView is currently hiring for a Senior Accountant. As a Senior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Accounting function at EagleView to provide timely, accurate, and intelligent financial reporting to key stakeholders. The right person for this role is a team player, and a systems thinker with a passion for developing and maintaining simple and sustainable business processes. You will work in a challenging and fast-paced environment, where you will partner with the business and facilitate value creation. Responsibilities Assist in the planning and execution of the audits of financial statements Assist in preparation of complex work papers for regular financial reporting Assist in the design and implementation of internal controls Identify and/or design and implement process improvements Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field 5+ years of experience in an accounting role Strong month-end close experience Excellent attention to detail Extremely proactive/driven team player PREFERRED NetSuite experience is strongly preferred CPA is preferred Experience with designing and implementing internal controls Experience and/or interest in improving business processes Experience and/or interest with technical research in US GAAP Comfortable with the use of advanced accounting software and exploring additional functionality Ability to thrive in a fast paced and challenging environment Proven track record in strong project management and organizational skills EEO Statement The compensation offered to the successful candidate will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s work experience, education and licenses, work-related training, key skills, the core duties of the role and its associated responsibilities, additional benefits offered, and the location where the work will be performed. This is a full-time, remote position with a base salary range of $70,000-$90,000, bonus eligible.
