Senior Accountant
Jefferson Wells is partnering with one of our clients to identify a Senior Accounting Consultant on a **remote** basis. **Incumbent must be well versed with Percentage of Completion Accounting to qualify.** **Hourly Rate** : $55+ W2 (negotiable) **Location** : Remote Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: + Reconcile large, unreconciled balances in deferred revenue and unbilled receivables accounts + Track and document offsetting entries at the project level + Perform detailed analysis and reconciliation of ending balances provided by the other operating company (OpCo) prior to system integration + Investigate and resolve discrepancies, potentially writing off unresolvable balances + Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of reconciliation processes and findings + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate revenue recognition in compliance with accounting standards Qualifications for consideration: + In-depth understand of, and experience with, Percentage of Completion (POC) Accounting (mandatory) + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis tools + Experience with NetSuite ERP, Financial Force, and Salesforce a plus + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field + Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on reconciliation and deferred revenue/revenue recognition **About ManpowerGroup, Parent Company of:** **Manpower, Experis, Talent Solutions, and Jefferson Wells** _ManpowerGroup® (NYSE: MAN), the leading global workforce solutions company, helps organizations transform in a fast-changing world of work by sourcing, assessing, developing, and managing the talent that enables them to win.
