As the Senior Accountant, you will be a key partner to the regional accounting, revenue accounting, and FP&A teams. You will contribute to the success of the organization by supporting the corporate accounting and financial reporting functions. As the successful candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, some technical accounting research, policy writing, and other key company initiatives. You will also play a significant role in the annual external audit.
**What You Will be Doing:**
+ Financial Reporting: The role will maintain schedules and create journal entries for expenses, assets, liabilities, and equity accounts and develop appropriate tracking and reporting.
+ Intercompany Accounting: Primary responsibilities include intercompany transaction review, resolution of intercompany issues, and supporting related accounting policy and project work. Act as intercompany SME and support development of other team member’s understanding of intercompany transactions.
+ Process Improvements: Will be expected to improve processes within the scope of the position
+ Technical Accounting: Responsible for compliance with global accounting policies. Will support global technical accounting initiatives such as the implementation of new accounting standards.
+ Accounting Projects: Support the Controller’s group in execution of enterprise projects that impact the global accounting organization.
+ External Audit: Coordinate audit requests, prepare footnotes and other financial disclosures for the annual audit process. Develop and maintain relationships that effectively represent the company’s interests with external auditors.
+ Information Systems: Knowledge of the Workday financial consolidation system and the capabilities it can deliver to its users.
+ Team leadership: Emphasizing high standards for accountability, collegiality, integrity, and professional pride.
+ Business partner: Build strong relationships with key finance and accounting leaders. Actively look to bring solutions to apparent problems. Partner with operating and finance leaders where needed.

**What You Will Need:**
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
+ CPA license is required
+ 4+ years of related accounting experience
+ Strong understanding of US GAAP
+ Self-started with strong communication skills
+ Big four public accounting experience a plus

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this role is $90,000 to $135,000 annually based on a full-time schedule.Please note that placement in the range may vary based on numerous factors including but not limited to skills, experience, internal equity, and business needs.In addition to base salary, other compensation programs, depending on eligibility, includean annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance **,** and an equity grant under ourAssociate Equity Appreciation Program.
