Job Description

We have an opportunity for an experienced Accountant to join our local Finance team.
The Accountant is a key position within the Finance and partners with local, regional, and global Finance colleagues to ensure an accurate and timely month-end close. You will work closely with a broad range of employees within all levels of the organization on continuous improvement and other relevant projects.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
· Responsible for accurate and timely period-end closings (MR/QR) including Year-end closing and reporting for group (AMA) and statutory (ASA).
· Monthly reporting to the business units and internal customers.
· Prepare or review/approve monthly journal entries and reconciliations.
· Maintain or review/approve fixed asset sub ledger activities.
· Approving of T&E Reports in Concure system from statutory point of view.
· Prepare internal and external audit schedules and respond to inquiries.
· Follow local statutory requirements and initiate/prepare JE for reposting's.
· Prepare local reports - Statistics, NBS, Intrastat, other on request.
· Initiate and/ or participate in continuous improvement projects.

The ideal candidate possesses these skills. 

· Business degree in Accounting combined with 3+ years of accounting experience is required.
· Experience with multinational companies and SAP is required.
· Proficiency with Business Intelligence, HFM and Microsoft Excel.
· Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization, individually, in groups and across cultures.
· We appreciate a motivated, analytical, and self-starter colleague.
· English language at least B1
· Willingness to travel
