HOW YOU’LL FLY

You'll help to bring more patients their bluebird days by:

Leading monthly close activities, including preparing journal entries, account reconciliations and analysis Contributing ideas to improve processes and procedures and gain system efficiency Working with R&D and G&A business partners for the purpose of constructing accrual journal entries for monthly close processes. Supporting the quarterly reviews and annual audit process with the external auditors. Other duties and special projects as assigned, including supporting technical accounting areas

 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

You’re the bird we’re looking for if you have: 

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and 3+ years of experience in an Accounting role; biotech/pharma industry experience (preferred) Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Strong attention to detail, quality, accuracy, and data integrity CPA or demonstrated path towards CPA certification (preferred) Public accounting experience (preferred) Oracle experience (preferred)

 

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a total compensation and rewards package that ranks among the best in our industry. Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The anticipated annualized salary range for this role is $80,000.00 - $100,000.00. Your base pay will be determined based on several factors including market data, demonstrated skills, relevant education or training, experience, qualifications, internal equity, and travel requirements. Our overall package also includes eligibility for stock, incentive bonuses, and benefit programs, a flexible time off program, as well as paid holidays, bluebird days, and a holiday shutdown in December.
