Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Maintains fixed asset detail recordsPerforms account analysisPrepares Financial StatementsReconcile Bank StatementsPrepares Event StatementsAssists in Inventory MaintenanceOversees open Purchase OrdersProcess A/R and A/PReconcile A/R and A/P control accounts to detail agingReconciles cash receipts and disbursementsPerforms monthly closing of sub-ledgersInputs journal entriesCodes receipts and disbursements for input into the general ledgerPerforms account analysis on general ledger accountsMaintains and audits box office ticket sales reportsMaintains and audits parking office reportsAll other duties as assigned

Must successfully pass a criminal and credit background checkAt least three years of progressively responsible experience in AccountingExtensive knowledge of accounting software, spreadsheets, word processing software, and math skillsExcellent communication, interpersonal skills, and organizational abilityAbility to work with and maintain highly confidential information

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance from a four-year college or university
