Where is the work: 

This position has been designated as a Hybrid work schedule with work performed onsite 3 days each week at our Davidson, NC location.

What you will do:

Monthly enterprise level closing and consolidations using OneStreamMaintain corporate consolidation ledgers and financial statement templatesWork closely and build relationships with all levels of management including reporting entities and other departments (i.e., External Reporting, Tax, Treasury)Analyze consolidated results for reasonableness and investigate variances and unusual itemsPreparation of the monthly consolidated financial statements and supporting analyses which may include the Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement and Shareholders’ Equity StatementSupport the external auditors in their quarterly reviews and annual auditsSupport the preparation of quarterly 10-Q and annual 10-K filingsProvide support and analysis for all acquisitions and divestitures from an accounting, systems and process standpointSpecial projects and ad hoc requests as needed

What you will bring: 

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting requiredCPA preferredMinimum of five years of accounting or finance experienceStrong system and computer skills (Microsoft suites, HFM, Oracle experience preferred but not required)Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principlesA self-motivated, detail-oriented, career-driven individual seeking long-term career growthStrong analytical and critical thinking skillsStrong verbal and written communication skills for interactions with reporting entities and other departmentsExhibit a positive attitude and maintain poise under pressureStrong time management skills with the ability to manage several tasks simultaneouslyAbility to build relationships throughout the organizationAbility to work in a collaborative manner and be a team player

Compensation:   

$75,700-100,750 Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
