Key Responsibilities: + Lead month-end close processes, including reconciliations and financial statement preparation. + Prepare journal entries and accruals along with gross margin analysis. + Provide insightful financial analysis to support business decisions and improve processes. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls. + Contribute to the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
