Kforce's client, a highly successful public tech company located just outside Boston is in search of a Senior Accountant. As a Senior Accountant you will accumulate financial information for external reporting and management reporting decisions. You will also be involved with the financial close, assist in the preparation of quarterly SEC Filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, etc.) and have the opportunity to recommend continuous improvement ideas. Responsibilities: * Senior Accountant will assist with preparation of quarterly and annual SEC filings, including footnotes, MD&A and XBRL requirements * Assist with preparing full set of financial statements and schedules for earnings call * Research technical accounting issues, including accounting standards and document conclusions * As a Senior Accountant, you will support external and internal auditors for schedule requests and internal control testing * Assist with the annual goodwill impairment analysis * Other management projects and ad hoc reporting, as needed * Quarterly US
