If so, we have an exciting opportunity in our global Intercompany team.
Role:
•\tResponsible for execution of intercompany processes, including intercompany settlement, global reconciliation, and monthly reporting.
•\tResponsible for execution of transfer pricing and service fee accounting
•\tCross-functional communications (w/ Tax, Treasury, Controllership) to help influence and determine settlement method and hold teams accountable.
•\tMaintain service level agreements (SLA’s), performance targets, and measure performance
•\tPartner with regional teams and financial systems for implementation of local requirements and reporting needs
•\tSeek automation and efficiency improvements in all processes and measure progress
•\tProvide guidance and support to the regions and business units
•\tPerform and/or review account reconciliations
•\tSupport SOX control compliance
•\tOther duties as required
All About You:
Education/Certification
•\tBachelor of Science degree in Accounting or Finance
•\tCPA or CA, preferred
•\tMBA, preferred
Knowledge/Experience/Skills
•\tExcellent technical knowledge of US GAAP and current accounting concepts
•\tExperience in intercompany processing and accounting preferred
•\tExperience identifying and implementing process improvement activities
•\tMastery and comfort navigating financial systems and subledgers
•\tProgressive accounting experience
•\tPrevious work in a large global environment
•\tStrong analytical and problem-solving skills
•\tStrong verbal and written communication skills
•\tStrong customer service and business acumen
•\tStrong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize under tight deadlines
