Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Senior Accountant in Lincoln, Nebraska. As a Senior Accountant, you will be tasked with the preparation, coordination, and analysis of financial reports, providing valuable information to the management team. Responsibilities: • Analyze, gather, review and report on key financial metrics • Handle the preparation of various financial reports and statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and management reports on a daily, monthly, quarterly, or annual basis • Oversee the reporting of inventory • Conduct fixed asset accounting and audits • Prepare bonus calculations for Parts and Tech departments • Execute complex account reconciliations • Monitor bank accounts and manage cash positions • Correct and adjust reports to ensure accurate information • Trace and reconcile unusual variances in accounting reports and exhibits • Assist in the development of strategic plans and budgets. Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business • CPA or MBA preferred • Proficiency in Balance Sheet Reconciliation • Demonstrable experience in Bank Reconciliations • Extensive knowledge of General Ledger management • Ability to prepare and analyze Journal Entries • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Demonstrated experience in Month End Close processes • Experience in preparing Consolidated Financial Statements Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
