\n\t\t\t\t\t

• \tFacilitate and complete month-end closing procedures to include general ledger reconciliations, journal entries and the ability to research and determine the most effective means of handling accounting transactions.\n• \tPreparation of financial statements to include balance sheet, income statements by department and statement of cash flow.\n• \tAnalyze financial statements to include variances in the P&L against budget and meet deadlines in accordance with a month-end closing calendar.\n• \tMaintain the accounts within the ERP system for general ledger, accounts payable, and receivables.\n• \tCoordinate meetings with Corporate Accounting Manager and financial analysts to communicate general ledger activity in relation to department budgets. \n• \tSupport the Controller and Corporate Accounting Manager with special projects and workflow process improvements.\n• Assist CFO and Controller with annual external financial audit, state audit and organization tax return (Form 990) preparation.\n• \tResearch, develop and maintain accounting policies in accordance with GAAP

The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $45.00
