Kforce's client, a long running and growing non-profit located in the Greater Boston area seeks an experienced Senior Accountant. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for preparing management reports, monthly closing and financial analyses, including monthly journal entries. The Senior Accountant will also participate in the budgeting process and special projects that arise. Duties: * Senior Accountant will assist Manager, Assistant Controller and Controller in the monthly closing * Review and reconcile monthly credit card and expense reports from employees and record monthly activities in NetSuite * Senior Accountant will record monthly recurring journal entries in NetSuite * Record monthly activities for charitable gift annuities * Assist Manager in preparing selected program and departmental reports * Senior Accountant will provide monthly financial reports, including variance analysis * Assist in preparation of annual budgets
