Duties: * Oversee the financial activities of the company * Preparation of Estate and Gift tax returns * Prepare financial statements * Analyze financial data * Create budgets * Travelling to different client locations, conduct and arrange zoom meetings, responding to phone and responding to written correspondence * Ensure compliance with accounting regulations * Provide financial reports to leadership * Make recommendations for improving financial process * Advise or prepare financial planning, forecasting and tax preparation
