DRM provides the atmosphere, the flexibility and the opportunity for learning and growing by incorporating DRM’s Guiding Principles: Serving Others, Recognition Culture, Growth Mindset, Positive Attitude, Personal Accountability and being Adaptable. *DRM OFFERS GREAT BENEFITS!** * Bonus Opportunity* * 401(k) Savings Plan * Short Term Disability * Paid Time Off (PTO) / Sabbatical Time * Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance * Company-paid Life Insurance and Long-Term Disability Insurance * Arby’s Meal Discounts and Years of Service Program * Smart-Casual Dress Attire and fun, friendly work environment! *Must meet eligibility *POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES* * Assist the CFO in directing and coordinating the work of the accounting team in all aspects of finance and accounting. * Assist in assigning and auditing the work of the accounting department to ensure accuracy (coding, processing and all invoice tracking related to DRM and subsidiaries). * Assist with verification and reconciling differences in deposits reported by stores in comparison with what banks report. * Assist with bank reconciliations and inputs/verifies data relating to paid outs and transfers completed by the restaurants. * Oversee and assist with month end financial review and analysis. * Assist in formulating and administering policies and procedures for the business/finance operations of DRM, including accounting, accounts payable, payroll, cash management, and audit procedures. * Assist Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President in creating financial analysis tools to improve profitability of the company. * Directs and coordinates the preparation of all financial reports and ensures their accuracy and timeliness. * Directs and coordinates the proper preparation of various tax returns, including payroll, sales and use tax. * Responsible for monitoring and enforcing the importance of keeping DRM’s accounting information confidential. * Assist in the preparation for internal and external audits, ensuring proper documentation is available. * Provide guidance and support to accounting team. Communicate with all company personnel to solve problems, address risk issues and financial aspects of projects with operations personnel. * Perform other related duties as required and assigned by management. * Travel = 5% - 10% *EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE* * Bachelors in Accounting or Business related area preferred. Minimum 3 years’ experience in all aspects of accounting, and/or any similar combination of education and experience. * DRM Software – Familiar with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Accounting software (Netsuite), reporting tools (Mirus) and back-office system (RTI). * Thorough knowledge of general accounting practices and procedures including thorough skills knowledge plus the application of general accounting theory. *DRM is an Equal Opportunity Employer* Arby's and its franchisees are equal opportunity employers.
