Job Overview
Branch is seeking a talented Individual on the post of Senior Accountant in the Finance department for taking care of Corporate accounts and tax compliances.. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day accounting activities. The focus will include compliance with accounting standards, handling junior accountants, support in monthly book closure, analytical skills, analyzing corporate and tax updates etc. You will collaborate with our Ops, Credit, Finance, engineering teams to drive legal operations and compliance culture. This position offers a unique opportunity to enhance your accounting skills in a dynamic and diverse environment.
Requirements
+ Demonstrated Experience in handling corporate accounts, Direct and Indirect tax compliances and monthly book closures;
+ Familiarity with Accounting standards (IGAAP) and knowledge of IndAs would be an added advantage .
+ Proficiency in using Microsoft office applications.
+ Experience in managing and mentoring the team of junior accountants on daily tasks, performance and training.
+ Experience working in a startup environment is an added advantage.
+ Possess Strong communication skills, Interpersonal skills and analytical skills
Qualifications
+ Qualified or Semi Qualified Chartered Accountant
+ 3-4 years of experience in handling corporate accounts and tax compliances preferable in NBFC sector industries would be an added advantage
