JOB SUMMARY

Assists in the process of recording financial transactions, reconciling accounts, the production of financial information and reports and the supervision of accounting staff. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree in Accounting Minimum Work Experience 4 years previous accounting experience  Minimum of 2 years of financial auditing experience. Required Licenses/Certifications Certified Public Accountant or CPA track preferred  Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Analyze complex financial reports, data and records Assist with audits and tax returns Assist with bond reporting Assist in preparation of financial statements Good communication skills including verbal and writing Advanced use of Microsoft Excel to conduct analysis. Working knowledge of PowerPoint for creating presentations Compile and analyze statistics Input data into computer programs. Perform account reconciliations. Proficient with 10 Key & Scanner Detailed and self-reviews own work for completeness and accuracy Perform other related duties as assigned or requested
