The role entails performing general accounting functions, maintaining accounting records, and handling accounts receivable functions. If not, for immediate consideration, please apply or call Warren Knight at 484-214-2624 Responsibilities: • Oversee the month-end closing process, which includes the preparation of journal entries and account analyses. • Carry out balance sheet reconciliations and take follow-up actions on potential issues. • Generate monthly US GAAP financials and various supporting schedules for internal and parent company use. • Manage accounts receivable functions, such as processing customer invoices and addressing customer inquiries regarding outstanding balances. • Maintain records of fixed assets and patents within the accounting software. • File state sales tax returns as required. • Provide additional support as needed within the accounting department. • Work under the guidance of the Accounting Manager, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role as a Senior Accountant • Proficient in Account Reconciliation • Skilled in Balance Sheet Reconciliation • Experience with Bank Reconciliations is necessary • Familiarity with General Ledger operations • Ability to create and maintain Journal Entries • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required • Experience with Month End Close procedures • Knowledge of NetSuite software is preferred • Experience with Oracle systems is a plus • Familiarity with SAP and SAP ERP systems Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
