Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Senior Accountant. As a Senior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in our financial operations. Responsibilities: • Lead the initiatives related to month-end closing activities, such as journal entries and account reconciliations. • Oversee Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes, involving recording transactions, monitoring balances, and resolving inquiries from customers and vendors. • Lend support to quarterly and annual financial reporting processes, including audit support. • Contribute to the preparation, review, and analysis of operating and financial results. • Ensure the maintenance and organization of financial and other corporate records. • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes. • Standardize procedures to enhance efficiency. • Use technology to drive efficiency and scalability in a cost-effective manner. • Gather financial information for various data requests throughout the year. • Undertake additional tasks as requested by management Requirements • Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. • Experience in handling all major Accounting Functions is required. • Candidate should be adept in making Journal Entries. • Experience in conducting Monthly Account Reconciliation is a must. • Experience utilizing NetSuite.
