Description Natalie Lue with Robert Half is recruiting for a Senior Accountant with a proven track record in the real estate and property management industry. The Senior Accountant will also work on financial reporting, internal reviews, and special projects with management. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: + Processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable + Performing bank accounts and credit card reconciliations + Preparing property budgets + Generating tax workpapers and supporting schedules + Performing common area maintenance operating expense reconciliations + Resolving and reconciling accounts payable and accounts receivable issues + Reviewing general ledgers and month-end closing + Assisting with financial reporting, internal reviews, and special projects + Working on other duties and projects as assigned For confidential consideration apply today.
