Description Are you a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant with a passion for reconciliation and full-cycle accounting? Our client is seeking a highly skilled accounting professional to join their team. This opportunity is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong analytical mindset, and excels in using advanced Excel tools to drive financial accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: + Perform complex reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner. + Manage full-cycle accounting processes, including journal entries, general ledger maintenance, and month-end close activities. + Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards. + Utilize advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros, etc.) to streamline reporting and analysis. + Conduct financial analyses to support strategic decision-making and present actionable insights to management. + Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to support operational and financial goals. + Ensure all accounting processes comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Requirements + Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or similar role with significant reconciliation and full-cycle accounting exposure. + Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience working with large datasets. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. + Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar ERP systems). + Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA designation is a plus but not required. + Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-oriented environment.
