The Role We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our team in San Diego. This position will report directly to the CFO and will play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic financial planning. This is a full-time, on-site role. Responsibilities + Maintain company accounting records in NetSuite + Prepare financial reports, profitability analysis, and KPI tracking + Develop and manage budgets and forecasts + Assist with banking activities and cash flow monitoring + Strengthen and document financial controls and procedures + Manage international and intercompany accounting, including consolidations + Support tax preparation and compliance + Contribute to finance projects and process improvements Qualifications Required: + Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field + 5+ years of accounting experience + 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience + Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting standards Preferred: + Experience with international and complex intercompany accounting + CPA desirable, but not required Compensation & Benefits + Salary range: $80K – $100K, depending on experience and qualifications + Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance + 401(k) plan with company match + Generous PTO and paid holidays + A collaborative and innovative work environment Join Us...
