The ideal candidate will be responsible for timely and accurate preparation of financial accounting data in a variety of areas. It is essential that this candidate brings analytical and organizational skills in order to best support the accounting team. The salary range will be $55,000 - $65,000 DOE. Responsibilities + Month end close duties, journal entries, bank reconciliations, balance sheet analysis + Assist in preparing financial statements and supporting schedules according to monthly close schedule + Perform various financial analyses, including cost/benefit, forecasting, variance analysis, and more + Assist with financial audits and interpretation of financial information + Identify trends, variances, and key issues for recommendations + Collaborate with business partners and leadership to understand and ensure accuracy of all financial reporting activity + Work with and analyze large data sets Requirements + Bachelor's degree in Accounting + 3+ years' experience in accounting, ideally in a high-volume or mid-large company environment + Proficient in adapting to multiple accounting and financial systems + Expertise in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP's, working with large data sets) Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
