Key Responsibilities: + Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including P& L, balance sheet, and cash flow projections. + Take ownership of the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes. + Oversee the reconciliation process for complex accounts and sub-ledgers while ensuring compliance with GAAP. + Proactively identify opportunities to enhance financial operations and implement process enhancements. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide accurate financial reporting and support budget planning. + Mentor and train junior accounting staff, ensuring alignment with team objectives. Requirements + CPA certification or equivalent is strongly preferred. + 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in the technology sector or public accounting. + Advanced knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or Workday) and strong mastery of Excel. + Strong technical expertise with GAAP compliance, tax filings, and financial reporting. + Excellent communication and leadership skills to foster collaboration across teams. + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; master’s degree is a plus.
