Description Senior Accountant We’re seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Accountant with 1–3 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will oversee a variety of accounting operations, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and the timely preparation of financial reports. You’ll play a key part in maintaining strong financial processes and act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: + Prepare, analyze, and reconcile financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP and company policies. + Manage general ledger activities, including account reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end closing processes. + Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to drive business decisions. + Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in preparing tax filings. + Collaborate with teams to streamline workflows and improve accounting systems. + Assist with internal and external audits by preparing supporting documentation. Requirements Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or progress toward certification preferred. + 1–3 years of experience in accounting, with a strong understanding of GAAP. + Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills. + Detail-oriented with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. + Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
