Description The Senior Accountant should be meticulous and reliable with a strong understanding of accounting principles. They will have a problem-solving attitude with exceptional analytical thinking capabilities, aiming to streamline our accounting functions and operations, providing accurate financial information to the organization. If you have the necessary qualifications and are seeking an engaging and fulfilling role in accounting, we look forward to receiving your application. · Oversee all the day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, and bank reconciliations. · Manage and complete month-end close process accurately and timely. · Handle all aspects of cash applications including recording and tracking all payment transactions. · Maintain an accurate record of financial transactions by verifying, posting, and balancing entries in QuickBooks. · Process payroll, employee benefits, and related tax filings. · Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements and reports. · Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes. · Maintain records of business costs, such as labor and material. · Maintain complete and up-to-date filing system to support financial records. Requirements · Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred). · Proven experience as a full-charge bookkeeper. · Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Office, particularly excellent in MS Excel. · Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). · Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
