Job Description
Handle daily accounting tasks, including reconciliations and monthly closings. Manage financial reporting using Sage Intacct, Excel, and SQL. Oversee daily debt, cash, and investment positions. Help with regulatory and insurance filings, including sales tax. Post daily corporate payments. Develop and enforce financial policies, procedures, and internal controls. Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and budgets. Compile data and reports for auditors, tax accountants, and insurance companies. Identify and implement electronic efficiencies in accounting processes.

In office Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. There is some flexibility to start or end a little earlier or later depending on the situation. There are about 8-10 accountants in the office.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $47.50/hr.
