Roles & ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review financial statements, working papers, and tax returns for individuals and businessesManage and execute full-cycle accounting engagements, including compilations and reviewsProvide tax planning and compliance support for corporate and personal tax clientsAnalyze financial data and offer insights to improve client operations and tax efficienciesSupervise and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and reviewing their workLiaise with clients to address accounting and tax-related inquiriesEnsure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirementsAssist with process improvements and workflow efficiencies within the firmQualificationsCPA designation is required3-5 years of experience in public practiceStrong knowledge of Canadian accounting standards and tax regulationsExperience preparing and reviewing financial statements and tax filingsProficiency in accounting and tax softwareExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong communication and client service skillsAbility to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
