Job Description
As a Temporary Senior Accountant, you will manage accounting and financial aspects related to inventory, fixed assets, R&D, and revenue recognition. You will ensure compliance with accounting standards, maintain accurate financial records, and support month-end and year-end close processes. Your role will involve heavy lifting with journal entries, reconciliations, and running reports. You will work closely with various teams to provide insights and recommendations, helping to optimize resources and support the company's growth.

Skills and Requirements
· Proficiency in GAAP and financial reporting standards
· 3-5 years of experience in corporate finance, with a focus on cost accounting, fixed assets, and revenue recognition
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Experience in managing month-end and year-end close processes
· Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, general presentation and formatting)
· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
· Good with posting journals and reconciliations
· · CPA or CMA certification
· Experience with large ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Great Plains/Dynamics)
· Knowledge of ASC 606 and revenue recognition principles
· Previous experience in a similar industry or role
· Corporate finance experience
