Job Description
Oversee the maintenance of financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts. Prepare journal entries, perform account analyses, and reconcile accounts. Perform AR/AP duties and manage the monthly close process to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Assist in the development and review of annual budgets and performance projections. Provide management with insights by analyzing variances and trends. Manage fixed assets, including capitalization and depreciation schedules. Partner with HR and help with payroll.
Responsibilities
+ Oversee the maintenance of financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts.
+ Prepare journal entries, perform account analyses, and reconcile accounts.
+ Perform accounts receivable and accounts payable duties.
+ Manage the monthly close process to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
+ Assist in the development and review of annual budgets and performance projections.
+ Provide management with insights by analyzing variances and trends.
+ Manage fixed assets, including capitalization and depreciation schedules.
+ Partner with HR and assist with payroll.
Qualifications
+ 1-2 years of general accounting experience (AP/AR).
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics.
+ Experience with accounting, general ledger, month-end close, accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial reporting, forecasting, reconciliation, and audit.
+ Knowledge of manufacturing, journal entry, reporting, financial statement, cost accounting, and Excel pivot tables.
+ Degree in Business or Accounting.
+ HR knowledge is a plus.
+ Experience with Ecommerce space is a plus.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $95000.00/yr.
