Overview: The Senior Accountant will play a crucial role in managing the company's accounting processes, ensuring compliance, and supporting the financial health of the organization. Key Responsibilities: * Accounting Processes: Senior Accountant will manage the full spectrum of accounting tasks, including write-up work, bank reconciliations, financial reporting, and year-end tax preparation * Compliance: Work closely with banks and CPAs to ensure all reporting requirements are met for compliance and year-end taxes * Payroll Management: Oversee full-service payroll processes, including tax filings for payroll and sales tax * Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) teams to ensure smooth financial operations * Regulatory Compliance: As a Senior Accountant, you will stay updated on regulatory requirements and ensure the company's practices are in line with industry standards * International Exposure: Leverage international accounting experience to support the company's global operations.
