Kforce's client, a well-established production company in Eatontown, NJ that has been in business for over 40 years, is looking to hire a Senior Accountant to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), preparing financial statements, month end close experience, account reconciliations, journal entries & more. Responsibilities: * Preparing accurate and timely financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements * Performing detailed account reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies * Leading the month-end closing process, including preparing adjusting entries and reviewing financial data * Preparing documentation and assisting external auditors with audit procedures
