We are seeking a Senior Accountant - Hybrid Remote (2 days from home/3 days in office) for our Acquisitions Revenue team who will perform detailed analysis of financial information, process documentation, technical accounting research, problem solving, and make recommendations for improvements in reporting and processes. The Senior Accountant will also perform routine functions within the department including, but not limited to, preparing and recording general ledger entries, assist in completing monthly financial processes, overseeing completeness and accuracy of balance sheet reconciliations, and perform due diligence for acquisitions.

Your Impact

The Senior Accountant will:

Become the subject matter expert for topics such as acquisition accounts receivable and revenueLead due diligence efforts for revenue and receivablesExecute revenue and accounts receivable special projects in conjunction with team supervisorMaintain the Patient Refund subledger for acquisitionsResolve posting errors and account reconciliation variancesIdentify and participate in process improvement opportunitiesPrepare accurate and timely reconciliations of certain key accounts receivable and revenue accountsPrepare monthly journal entries, flux analysis, and ad hoc reportingContribute to various aspects of the monthly, quarterly, and year end close processAssist in fulfillment of external and internal audit requirementsProvide support on ad-hoc projectsPerform other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications

Minimum:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA or MBA is a plus)Minimum 5 years of related experience

 

Preferred:
