The team

Hitachi Digital Services Vietnam is part of a 300 strong global delivery network, supporting Hitachi Digital Services around the globe. Our employees collaborate with teams in Japan, India, Portugal, and the US, servicing customers worldwide and working on a huge variety of projects. From cloud migration to digital modernization and advanced analytics, offering operational excellence, agile delivery, and plenty of energy to work on huge transformation projects for our customers.

 

The role

Review and check all accounting data input to be accrued and complied with accounting law, IFRS/VAS and company practice. Follow up with AR collection, prepare and control budgeting reports and report to Chief Accountant. Ensure all accounting documents are checked, prepared and approved properly and recognize them in the correct accounts. General responsibility in book-keeping and reporting of accounts receivable. Cooperation with other teams within Hitachi Group and Regional Teams. Check and follow up contracts and invoices to clients, internal cross charge. Monitor sales & debtor aging for issuing reminders to customers when invoices are past due. Communication with Auditor & Tax Department.

 

What you’ll bring

At least 5 years of experience in Finance/ Accounting/ Auditing, preferred in AR module. Knowledge of financial analysis and reporting method. Knowledge of VAS, Tax, Labor law (for Social, Health Insurance, Unemployment Insurance and Severance Allowance). Working knowledge of IFRS and J-SOX, SAP, Oracle Financials application would be advantageous. Able to organize, process and manage a large volume of transactions and documentation. Proficiency in using basic software such as MS Excel, MS Word. Fluent in English. Professional, self-motivated and results oriented, highly responsible and ability to work under pressure.
