MAJOR FUNCTION:
Works collaboratively with a team of finance assistants, accountants, senior accountants, and finance department leadership to compile monthly financial statements and other reporting utilized by operations leaders to review financial performance. Coordinates and compiles financial analyses of projects reviewing current business state and financial projections. Significantly contributes to the corporate accounting functions of an annual external audit of the financials, compilation of tax return information for filing, and preparation of the annual operating budget.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education & Experience:
Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance or Business Administration required. 2 Years Minimum Healthcare Accounting Experience or 1 Year Minimum if Non-Healthcare Accounting. Experience is 4 years or more; Pursuing graduate degree or CPA preferred.Certification/ Licensure:
CPA preferred.Knowledge & Skills:
