A Kforce client is seeking to hire a Senior SEC + Technical Accountant in Boston, Massachusetts (MA). Summary: This client is a $1B+ Digital Technologies company that has been continuously growing year over year. This role will have a nice mix of both SEC reporting and supporting various technical accounting items, reporting into the Director of Technical Accounting. This is a hybrid role with plenty of remote flexibility. The expectation is to be in-office 1 day/week (local candidates only). Responsibilities include: * Involved with the preparation of 10K/10Q quarterly and annual fillings, in accordance with GAAP and SEC requirements * Senior Accountant will assist with quarterly press releases and investor relations * Perform research for mergers and acquisitions * Research SEC filings * Assist with year-end audit and quarterly review * Collaborate with FP&A, treasury and global accounting teams, to ensure accuracy of financial statements * Assist with technical memo's and complex technical accounting research
