Job Description
Assist in the consolidation of Global Financial results including preparation of worldwide consolidated balance sheets, cash flows, profit and loss statements, and various supplemental schedules. Prepare US GAAP interim and annual financial statements with related footnotes. Prepare and review quarterly earnings deliverables such as earnings release, conference call script, Q&A document, supplemental data, cash flow presentation, board presentation, and audit committee presentation. Assist with the SEC filing process and documents (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K’s, etc.) and establish procedures to ensure compliance with SEC guidelines. Prepare and document processes and procedures of internal controls. Liaise with cross-functional teams including Legal, HR, Investor Relations, Treasury, and Tax to ensure the Company maintains proper Disclosure and Controls procedures. Prepare and record equity-related accounting entries. Coordinate and facilitate quarterly reviews and year-end audits performed by external auditors. Participate in various special projects.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $95000.00
