Senior Accounting Assistant

In the role of Senior Accounting Assistant, we'll count on you to:
Perform accounting functions such as payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit, collections, budgets, financial planning, general accounting, billing, etcPerform specific and limited portions of a broader assignmentDo routine work and follow detailed instructionsInvolve the use of computers to maintain financial records and accounting reportsPerform other duties as needed
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in AccountingRequired Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent A minimum of 5 years of experience Proficiency with MS Office including Word and Outlook Excellent verbal and written communication including grammar, punctuation, proofreading, spelling and telephone skills Flexibility and ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and collaborate with various managers in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated, well-organized and detail-oriented Ability to handle confidential information An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must

The expected compensation range for this position is $49,742 to $85,000 annually and depends upon skills, experience, education and geographical location.
