Job Description:

Job Summary
This position maintains the general ledger for UPS companies in local region. He/She serves as a subject matter expert in all areas of financial analysis and accounting procedures, including reconciling balance sheet accounts, preparing journals containing large data sets, and uploading journals onto the general ledger.

Responsibilities:

Prepares, audits and adhoc analysis.Assist in the preparation of reconciling balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis.Provides internal customer support, including research of account balances and variance analysis.Manipulates large data sets.Completes special projects as needed.Manages multiple AP specific mailboxes

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - PreferredBachelor's Degree or International equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business or other related field - PreferredProficient in Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelAvailability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
