Job Title: Senior Accounting Consultant
Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Accounting Consultant to reconcile year-to-date data between billed and recorded transactions and set up billing records for January 2025. In this role, you will oversee a team of accountants that process and record intersegment transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Responsibilities
+ Reconcile historical billed vs recorded revenue.
+ Set up billing records for January 2025.
+ Oversee a team of accountants processing and recording intersegment transactions.
+ Document and understand team activities and processes.
+ Record transactions with support in PeopleSoft.
+ Communicate issues found with leadership.
Essential Skills
+ 3-5 years of accounting experience.
+ Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
+ Intercompany accounting experience.
+ Detail-oriented.
+ Good communicator, able to present at both detailed and executive levels.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Management or supervisory experience is preferred.
+ CPA certification is preferred but not required.
+ Healthcare experience is a plus (healthcare insurance experience is a plus).
+ PeopleSoft experience is a plus.
+ Big 4 experience is a plus.
